Delicious Dishes bring canapés, elegant platters and hand around delicate little bites whilst guests view new homes at their leisure. The team come uniformed, bring wine coolers, glasses and ice to serve bubbles, wine, beers and soft drinks to potential buyers. We don’t need to use the new kitchen – we are happy to set up in the utility room and leave equipment in the van! We give the interested parties a taste of having a catered party in their own home, leaving the agents to concentrate on the sale. This menu works well:
